A 1930s villa brought back to life in the heart of the Romagna hills, between Ravenna and Florence, opening its doors privately and exclusively to families, friends and small groups. Private stays, celebrations, personal and corporate retreats: whatever the occasion, the villa, the garden, the pool and the staff are dedicated to you alone.

Dispensario 1924 is a secluded retreat that welcomes one party at a time, in complete privacy. The interiors, inspired by the Art Déco elegance of the 1930s, are filled with natural light and offer generous spaces to enjoy as if the house were your own: the bar, the billiard room, the reading room, the relaxation lounge and the games room. For your wellbeing, a Technogym fitness room and the Wellness Area with spa and the pool. On request, we arrange a private chef, massages, yoga sessions, personal training, beauty treatments and activities for children, along with tailor-made experiences to discover the culture, history and nature of Romagna Toscana.

Il progetto ha permesso di cofinanziare la realizzazione dell'area SPA della villa mediante riqualificazione dell'immobile in cui è stata allestita. Sono stati realizzati interventi di efficientamento energetico, domotica, ridefinizione e allestimento degli spazi e adottati strumenti digitali per la gestione della villa.
